You can feel confident ordering from YellowIbis.com: we've partnered with Imagekind, one of the leading print-on-demand printers for archival quality art printing. Each order is specially printed just for the customer, and generally ships out within a few days. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed, so if you do not receive this confirmation please email us. You will additionally receive an email confirmation when your order ships, and this will contain tracking information if you ordered using a trackable delivery method.
Our cart and payments are processed by Imagekind, which accepts We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All prices are in US dollars. Once payment information is received, your order will be sent to production. Please note that since your financial transaction occurs directly with Imagekind, Inc. their terms and conditions are binding for your order.
Orders shipped within Washington State, California, and Kentucky will be taxed due company presence in those states.
YellowIbis.com or its partner Imagekind will gladly offer an exchange or refund if you are not happy with your product, if there is a defect in production or if the item does not match what was ordered. Our number one priority is customer satisfaction and we do whatever it takes to make it right.

printing & brands (ours is the best!)YellowIbis.com and Imagekind print using the Giclée printing process with archival quality, pigmented inks, and acid free media to ensure that with proper care, they will look as good 70 years from now as they do today. We use the finest fine art printers available for production of these products.
"Giclée" means fine art ink jet print. The term was coined to differentiate fine art prints from commercial proofs made from similar equipment. Giclée differs from other traditional printing methods. Posters are usually produced using offset lithography, which uses 4 colors of differing size dots to produce the colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). Newspapers are produced the same way. Giclée prints have the different colors of ink mix on the surface of the paper, so the colors are bright and uniform, even when examined close up. Our Giclée printers use 8 colors of ink (cyan, light cyan, magenta, light magenta, yellow, black, light black, and light light black), so we are able to produce a wider spectrum of color than a traditional print can.
We have ten different media types available for printing, including Enhanced Matte Poster, Premium Photo Glossy, Somerset Velvet Fine, UltraSmooth Fine Art, Hahnemuhle Torchon, Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308, Hahnemuhle Fine Art Pearl, and 2 types of print on canvas media, Premium Gloss Canvas and Pro Matte Canvas.
We offer over 160 frames and 140 mats from the best manufacturers in the world. Only the highest quality products have been selected for each grade of framing. Materials are available in both conservation and non-conservation categories, so that you can choose from a rich selection of components that will fit both your style and your budget. We are not selling pre-made frames with low-grade materials like those you may find in department or furniture stores. We provide a broad range of options so that your art is just as unique as you are. shippingAll items are carefully packaged in boxes designed to protect your frame and print while in transit from our facilities to your home. Imagekind offers three shipping options: Ground, Two Business Day, and Next Business Day. Typically (though not in all cases), Federal Express will be delivering your packages. Greeting cards are sent via US Postal Service.
Prints and framed prints take approximately 1-4 business days plus shipping time. "Museum Art" can take 4-11 business days to ship. Greeting cards usually print in 1-2 days and take approximately 5 business days by USPS First Class mail (faster for Priority).
International mail can take up to 2-3 weeks and your country may levy import tax or duties, as well as inspecting your items. YellowIbis.com and Imagekind cannot control, and are not liable for, border inspections due to your country's regulations.
We regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes at the present time.

important information for our Canadian customers:All orders are charged in USD currency.
All orders are currently manufactured and shipped from production facilities in the USA. Orders are sent by US Postal Service and average delivery times are 10-18 business days from the order shipping out. Please note that longer times are possible, usually due to customs delays or resulting from delivery to more distant locations. Please email us if you require any clarification about the best shipping method for your order.
If you have issues with delivery times or your order being delayed, please contact your local Canada Post station and/or us to help resolve the situation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships out from our US production facility.
Please note that Canadian Customs ("Canada Border Services Agency", CBSA) reserves the right to open or delay incoming shipments, as well as levy import and duty fees. YellowIbis.com and/or Imagekind cannot be held responsible for additional fees or customs duties levied by Canadian agencies. Technically one may import CAD $20 duty free, and up to CAD $60 duty free if it is clearly labelled as a gift and sent personally; however, please consult the CBSA official information for detailed information. YellowIbis.com and/or Imagekind cannot be held responsible for the failure of CBSA to accept our gift packaging as "gift" notation for importation purposes. The duty depends on your province, but some of our customers have unofficially reported paying GST / HST / PST as applicable, plus a CAD $5 handling fee. Please contact the CBSA in advance of your order if you require clarification.
